We will make arrangements to pay the above amount to Fischy Ltd. within 14 days of receiving an invoice for these services. Invoices are sent directly after an event has taken place. We agree that if we cancel this booking less than 30 days prior to the date of the event, we will be liable for 50% of the total fee. If we cancel this booking less than 14 days prior to the date of the event, we will be liable for 100% of the total fee. However, if the cancellation is due to Covid-19 we will reschedule rather than pay a cancellation fee. If the event is cancelled by Fischy Music we try to reschedule, if that is not possible no payment will be taken. This will be regarded by Fischy Music as a confirmed booking on receipt of a signed copy of this form.
