Over 200 pupils and teachers from 4 schools in Fife joined us at this afternoon's Online Celebration Event.
The Fischy performance team has led the children through the Annual Fife Songwriting Project over the past 5 weeks and 7 classes have written, recorded and published songs.
You can listen to these songs and see the artwork from the children in the song videos, on our children's website www.fischytunes.com
This event brought together all the fantastic pupils and staff from Warout Primary School, Mountfleurie Primary School, St Paul's RC Primary School and Thornton Primary School, who have made this project such a success!
"We loved working with Stephen and Margaret because they were super funny and talented. We learned a lot from them.”
“We loved Fischy coming to the school.”
“It felt like we were a real band and we were in control of the song.”
Pupils at St Paul's RC Primary School
"A few of the class have said that they are writing songs at home now… future Fischy stars in the making! They are becoming confident in their own creativity.
I think our song was quite deep and mature; the children were given the opportunity to develop their understanding of their personal wellbeing throughout the process."

A huge thank you to Fife Youth Music Initiative for funding this project.
