Accuracy of content

Fischy Music has taken every care to ensure that all photographs and descriptions on this site are a fair representation of the products for sale. Within the limitations permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage which may arise from use of any information contained in this website.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of publishing. In the instance of a material error occurring in the display of a price on the website, the order will not be accepted.

Damage to your computer

Fischy Music have made every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. To this end we cannot accept liability for any damage to your computer whilst using this website.

Account security

Payments made by debit/credit card on this site are made using a secure payment service provider. Your card details are erased once your order has been processed. For payments made by cheque, dispatch of the order will occur once the cheque has cleared.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if your order is not available.

Ordering Errors

We request that you check orders prior to submission. Changes can be made to orders up to the point of 'submitting' the order.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will vary depending on the type of item ordered and cannot be refunded.

Band C (Order value from £46.00 and over) £5.00

EU Delivery Charges

Band A (Order value up to £15.99) £2.00
Band B (Order value from £16.00 to £45.99) £4.00
Band C (Order value from £46.00 and over) £6.00

Worldwide (Non-EU) Delivery Charges

Band A (Order value up to £15.99) £2.50
Band B (Order value from £16.00 to £45.99) £5.00
Band C (Order value from £46.00 and over) £7.00
Please contact us if there are orders worth over £100.

Deliveries

Fischy Music use Royal Mail or other carriers at their discretion for the despatch of orders. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances experienced by these carriers.

Delays

If, for any reason, there is to be an unusual delay in the dispatch of your item, we will endeavour to inform you of this as soon as we are aware and to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Cancellation Rights

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (unless the goods are made to measure items).

Damaged or defective items

All good despatched from our office will be in saleable condition and appropriately packaged. Defective items will be replaced at our expense, failing which a full refund will be given. We cannot be liable for damage incurred in transit.

Law and jurisdiction

This website and any content therein along with any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by Scottish Law. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
